I DO NOT ACCEPT BIDDING FROM FLORIDA RESIDENTS. This oil/kerosene? lamp is in nice condition and is being sold as you see. There are some chips underneath on the bottom edge of the base. That you can see on the edge slightly when it sits on a table. In the Oil Lamps 11 book by Catherine Thuro, it resembles the"C Series" of lamp and shows a Gem base that was given its' name by the Atterbury& Co. The base is a beautifully styled one and has a raised affect on the second level. The globe has a beaded heart shaped design at the top with a looped design below the beads. It is 9 1/2" tall. If you need better pictures of the bottom, please let me know. Note: an e-bayer noted that this pattern is Beaded Loop.

Victorian Duplex Burner Kerosene Oil Lamp C. 1880-90 ORIGINAL PERIOD LAMP. NOT A REPRODUCTION. The font is mold blown cased glass. Clear over blue. The clear surface is delicately wheel cut in a lace like pattern. The third photo shows the truest color) The font is mounted with a brass collar and tapered support that are cemented on. The lamp's base is brass with a iron under plate. The duplex burner's knobs are embossed with a globe emblem. The Fenton blown opaline coin dot glass shade is old, whether it is original to the base is unknowable but they have been together for some time. I have worked on antique lamps for over thirty years. I have not seen a similar font before. CONDITION: Surprisingly good. The font has not been drilled and has no problems. The brass elements have darkened with age and can be polished as brightly as ... moreyou desire. There is surface rust on the iron under plate. The burner was gutted when it was electrified. The rowels that move the wicks are still in place. A section of the gallery that holds the chimney in place is missing. The chimney still fits tightly. The chimney is not as old as the lamp(few are) and has chips on its bottom and top edges. The shade, no cracks, it has chips on the inner surface of its fitter opening, these may have occurred when the shade was made and the fitter lip was ground, and again, chips on the inner edge of its top opening, these are from use. Such chips are typical on old shades. Dimensions: 24 1/2" tall with the chimney in place. The lamp. To the font collar, 11 1/4" tall. Font, 6" maximum diameter. Foot, 7" diameter. Shade, 4" fitter, 7" maximum diameter. The entire lamp weighs, 8 pounds, 6 ounces. It will be disassembled when packed. Vintage clear glass ribbed finger oil lamp / kerosene light
You are bidding on a vintage oil lamp. It is a finger lamp and has a nice ribbed design. It is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. 3 3/4 inches from the base to the top of the brass. The burner is actually missing. There are 2 flaws in the glass which seem to be from the manufacturing process. These are shown in the last 2 photos. One is between the handle and the metal. it is an oblong area that looks like it might have been bubble and therefore there is no ribbing in this area. Also there is a 1/4 inch raised area that can be felt on the inside of the glass and it appears that a piece of wick may have gotten embedded here. feels like a piece of cotton) kind of interesting. The tank is 6 inches in diameter and the base is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. This lamp stands 7 inches to the top of the collar. 6 1/2" across its widest, 5 x 5 inches for the base, and 18" to the top of the chimney.The shade spans 9 3/4 inches across. It is completely clean and suffers no damage. The last two pictures show a couple of"pops" from during the manufacturing process. Base is bronze and has an Egyptian Scarab design cast into it. Top has some gold wash remaining and chestnut colored patina were its gone. Very good looking lamp ready to fill and light. 1880- 1910 leaning toward the earlier. I package well and ship fast. HTF Vintage Green Princess Feather Oil/Kerosene Lamp

Pedestal-style, green glass oil or kerosene lamp in the"Princess Feather" pattern(glass lamp only, not selling with a chimney or burner) The color is a beautiful, medium-rich green color that is very hard to find. It is in excellent condition- no chips or cracks on the body of the lamp and it looks almost unused. There is a very small nick in the collar as pictured in the third image above. However, it is very smooth to the touch and will be covered by the burner cap. Here I have 2 antique kerosene lamp barn hangers made of cast iron& wire. They may be something totally different but that is what this pair was used for. Measuring 23 ½” tall and 5 ½“ across the top of the cast iron opening. Found in a barn in Northern IL. The glass founts were broken. I’ll leave the restoration to you. No brakes or cracks. Truly a neat addition to any collection.

Conn Made in USA" There is a spring loaded"door" that I guess blocks out the light or maybe cuts off the air to the flame( Original lamp inside. I ran out of photo room. But the base of this oil lamp is solid, no rust(just some paint loss) Bracket on the back for holding plus a double slotted bracket thing to hang from something. Very cool old light. Patented design to allow a No. 2 lamp font to be filled with oil without removing the burner and chimney. The burner screws into the aid. And the aid screws onto the lamp's collar. The top of the aid, with chimney and burner attached, lifts to the side on a clamshell hinge to allow for oil filling. Swinging arm with tab-lock holds the aid closed.
