This is an old Australian made Companion primus blow lamp. Made here under license to the SVEA company in Sweden. It is in original condition, except that I have cleaned it and replaced gaskets and seals as needed so that it burns nicely as shown. A great old original item to use or to display. There are no dents to the brass, which is dirty, and the steel handle and strapping does have surface rust.

Some rusty areas, I see no dents, dings or other damage. Early kerosene pots were used by road repairs crews, commercial trucking, the railroad companies, construction companies, etc. plus some motorist may also had these for emergency use. Here is a nice old blue flame heater, it measures 21" tall X 16" across the feet of the frame, it is light green in color. I have taken 2 pictures of the inside, it is very clean.
