There is very minor edge wear, two rivets are missing, a little scratch near the center-right rivet, and a small chip near the bottom-right mounting hole. This is the original hand-drawn artwork for the August 29. 1921 daily newspaper comic strip of Gasoline Alley by Frank King. This beautiful comic strip art measures about 19 inches long by 7 inches high. This particular strip shows Walt trying hard to climb a hill but he's not having much luck! Frank King signed this strip in the fourth panel and wrote"Rocky Mountain National Park, Colo" under his name. This strip is titled"His Last Chance. The art is in very good condition with some areas that have soiling(this could easily be cleaned) and some areas(mostly in the second panel) of some kind of marks that could be from being stacked underneath another inked art piece. This is a Vintage Lithographed Metal Listerine Advertisement Tooth Brush Holder that measures 3"x 6"x 5/8" tooth brush prong depth) I believe it to be from the 1930-1940s. The character is Skeezix of the Gasoline Alley comic by Frank King. It is used. With water spotting, and is a bit soiled on the front side. The paint on the edges of the prongs that hold tooth brushes is worn off and the prongs have signs of rust. There are some small spots of paint wear on the back. Colors are bold with no noticeable fading. It is personalized with the name JOHNNIE on the lower right leg. It has the King signature on the right shoe. Made in U.S.A is printed above the left tooth brush prong(on Skeezix's right side) On his chest is printed Pro-phyl-lac-tic and underneath LISTERINE. No Returns.

The clock itself is not stamped with a build date. In preparing the clock for sale all wire connections were tightened. The clock motor was lubricated and tested for both accuracy and quietness, and a detail cleansing was performed. While going thru my pre-sale checklist the only item requiring attention was replacing the motor movement, this clock will run for decades.
