Wow !! Awesome Old Antique Solid Brass ~BUCKEYE~ FIG 800-B Gas Pump Fuel Nozzle
This is an excellent old BUCKEYE solid brass fuel nozzle. It looks to be in great shape. It has not been tested. The hand handle inside it does not have sloppy movements. Plunger feels tight like it should work. The threads inside back end are undamaged. This is very heavy. It weighs right at 4 lbs. as you see it. It does not have a lot of scars on it. It just needs some cleaning and polish if wanted. I will let that up to the new owner. Great for an collectoor showcase. This is 17 1/2" long from the tip of the nozzle over the top to the back side. UP FOR BIDS I HAVE A VINTAGE SOLID BRASS BUCKEYE GAS PUMP NOZZLE. WITH A SOLID BRASS TUBE. THE TUBE IS 6& 1/2 INCHES LONG. THE TUBE IS 1& 1/4 INCH IN DIAMETER. OUTLET. THE BODY OF THE NOZZLE IS 10 INCHES LONG AND 5& 1/2 INCHES WIDE.THE INLET IS 1& 1/4 INCHES. THE NOZZLE TRIGER WORKS FREELEY AND LOOKS TO BE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION, ALL THOUGH I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING FOR SURE. THE SEALS MAY NEED TO BE REPLACES, IS AN EXAMPLE. IT IS STAMPED BUCKEYE, AND# 782. ALSO ON THE TRIGER IT IS STAMPED 1-FIG 782. THE BRASS TUBE ALSO HAS SOME WRITING ON IT, WHICH IS HARD TO MAKE OUT. Nice Old Antique Solid Brass ~ BUCKEYE FIG 800-B ~ Gas Pump Fuel Nozzle
This is a very old gas pump fuel nozzle. It has a stong spring inside and the plunger is tight. No idea if it would be good to pump fuel or not but it seems to be. This has a few age marks and it need cleaned and polished up. The handle inside does not have a lot of the sloppy movement. The original flex spout has been broken off. It can be replaced. This thing weighs right at 4 lbs as you see it. Theads inside the end are not damaged. Please enlarge pictures and ask any questions before auction ends. Buyer to pay $18.50 shipping and handling. Up for auction is a vintage solid heavy brass gas flex nozzle. Stamped PERMADISC MULTI-SPEED PAT. PEND MILWAUKEE VALVE CO. It is also stamped U-141. All moving parts move freely. Has a great look to it and still has a nice brass sheen to it. The nozzle and handle are solid brass. Not cheap cast aluminum like they are presently. It measures 16" long. Has brass flex nozzle. Up for auction is a vintage red and yellow solid heavy brass Buckeye gas nozzle. It is stamped Fig 800-B on one side and R on the other. All moving parts move freely and as they should. Handle is red brass and nozzle is yellow brass. This is a great vintage piece of automobilia dating back to the 1930's era. Has a great look to it and still has a nice brass sheen to it.
