Dug up antique radiator or gas cap for a Dodge vehicle
It is a dug up I believe Dodge either radiator cap or a Dodge gas cap. I base my belief on the"DB" Which is stamped on the inside of the body of the cap. The"DB" is interlocked with a circle around it. And it is just to the right of the copper line at the bottom of the inside of the cap. Just barely above the threaded insides on the wall of the cap. When I dug this up I also found a bottle in almost the same spot. It is also a Dodge product I think an embalming fluid bottle. Also but from a different company though. That would be from the Dodge chemical company.

ANTIQUE. RARE AND COLLECTIBLE"NESCO" 2 GALLON STANDARD OIL OR KEROSENE CAN THIS IS A really CUTE! spouted oil/ kerosene can from early 20th C. The cap is marked" NESCO" and has a lugged hexagonal design. The top screw on section is A bit rusty to appearance but works smoothly despite and opens easily! Amazing! A used oil can with normal wear and tear. The oil can has great natural coloring and even some red primer beneath the black. A really neat can! Here is a really nice vintage 2.5 gallon gas can complete with the spout. Spout gasket, spout cap, and can vent cap. The vent cap bail is in terrific condition. These are built strong and ready to provide you with a lifetime of service. This can has never had fuel in it! The cap and spout(nozzle) was removed apparently early in its life. I teamed it with a used. But very good condition cap and nozzle so it is ready to begin its work life for you. It is all cleaned up inside and out and ready to go to work for you.
