All new drive wheels in every unit and sheet feeder drive A in unit 1 replaced. This work done by PB factory techs. Click counter shows 400m+ pieces run through the machine so it's still a baby. Will fold correctly but does recognize the envelope. A sensor is bad or dirty or a setting is not correct. Second, the transformer requires a small metal shim on the outside of the plug to maintain contact but it works just fine. Original cost $28,000 new.
