Pitney Bowes DI800 Inserter
Pitney Bowes DI 800 inserter. Three full size sheet feeders and two insert feeders. Machine is in overall excellent cond. New parts recently installed. All new drive wheels in every unit and sheet feeder drive A in unit 1 replaced. This work done by PB factory techs. Click counter shows 400m+ pieces run through the machine so it's still a baby. Interior is completely clean. Nothing bent, broken or missing. The only negative is that the insert feeder A(top one) recently stopped working. The drive motor has been tested and determined to be operating correctly so the problem is not known. Originally purchased as part of a government surplus auction lot. I have just upgraded my inserting equipment from this PB DI800 to a much newer PB DI900 so it's no longer needed. It's an older machine but because it's barely been used there ... moreshould be some good work left in it. Re shipping. There is a truck height dock available or ground access. I am willing to strap the units to a skid but all shipping will be additional and the responsibility of the buyer. Pick up at my location is free. Paypal is preferred. Only US buyers. Pitney Bowes DI800 folder. Inserter, sealer system consisting of 1 X F550, 1 X F551, 1 X F552, 2 x F553. Machine was part of a larger purchase and have little knowledge of its history or uses. Soft rubber feed wheels show significant flat spots for non use. This is either a bargain inserting system or a wealth of parts as I don't have enough knowledge to test. This can be strapped to a pallet at no cost or crated for $100.00, we have a forklift for loading on your truck, you will need to arrange your freight company for pick-up.
