Pitney Bowes Mailing System DM500 unit with DEBO printer. Very clean- reconditioned unit- I cannot tell if it has been used. Was purchased in an equipment auction with other items. We cannot use it. Quite heavy. Sorry that the shipping is so high. I cannot tell function other than to turn it on- the meter(not included) screen shows the version of software and says initializing and the machine is Whirring as if ready to process mail. I think that it is looking for an access card to proceed. But I am unfamiliar with this unit. If I knew more, I would list it as USED rather than for parts. It is sold as-is. This item is not returnable. The meter shown in one picture is only to demonstrate function. But not included. I will be sending that back to Pitney Bowes. Please ask any questions BEFORE you purchase.
