Selling a used Pitney Bowes W790 addressing machine. Very well taken cared of and has been maintained by a service agreement over the past 5 years. Feed tires are like new and gate tips are brand new. It has had a tune-up in the last week so everything is working satifactory. Address prints sharp and crisp with the IMB barcode. Please take a look at the photos. There are a few cosmetic blemishes on the machine but nothing that effects it's functionality. You will receive the power cord and the extra feeder guide for longer material as well. Also comes with the owners manual and service manual. I have only ran samples using the black ink. There is a spot for a spot color cartridge however I have not tried that out because I do not have a color cartridge that will fit in it. The majority of people use black only for adressing. Printer is very clean but I think it needs some repairs. Pictures above are of the actual item for sale. Also. See picture of sample envelope prints. I was unable to get consistent prints out of this printer so I am selling it"As Is" for parts or repair. Total page count is right at 73.900. I believe it at least needs a new ink cartridge. The printed characters looked smudged/ incomplete on my test envelopes. Also, I often had to give the test envelope a push to feed, and sometimes it pulled an extra sheet/ skewed. The print head moves like it should and I can cycle through the operations menu like normal. i believe the issue is just this motor. And the printer should work fine. Lightly used Bryce/Secap 5K-LE envelope printer. We purchased this used for a mailing project. It worked great but has been sitting idle now for a couple of years. Time to let someone else take advantage of this nice little printer at a great price. When we bought it the former owner had lost the wire form(feed ramp) in an office move. So we made our own. You can easily purchase another one, but this worked great for us. Includes the owners manuals. Power cord, diskettes, and a couple of ink refill kits as a bonus. This printer uses the common HP 29 cartridge that can easily be refilled to save on costs. I will include a used HP 29 cartridge, but you will likely want to buy a new one.
