This is a very versatile machine and can increase your mail room production by multiples. This particular machine tries to cycle with a test run and then shows an error stating there is an issue with the main drive motor. I am not sure what it needs. So therefore it is being sold in as-is, non-working condition. We weren't able to test the machine fully as we could not reprogram the"Jobs" There is a PIN code and we do not have it. We were able to run envelopes through to a certain point but they would jam. Letter Folder Inserter Machine Neopost SI 62 AKA Hasler M3000 Envelope Stuffer
This unit was functioning fine but started receiving error codes. The codes are"doc too long" and feeder codes 5:13 and 4:13. Resulting in jams. I called a local tech and he said it probably needs routine maintenance and some adjustments but could not give me a repair estimate unless he sees the machine. I closed my office down so I have no need to get this repaired. These cost over $10.000 originally. Due to the low price I am selling this as it is. No returns. Please note that this particular model. The SI 62 does not have a page counter, however the person I bought this from barely used it and I barely used it so I can assure you the count is low. This unit is the same exact machine as the Hasler M1000 and it is used to fold paper and insert that media as well as other media in to envelopes and seal them for mailing. This unit features the ability to insert media from 3 separate feeding trays. the A and B trays will pull standard size. 8.5" by 11" flat paper and fold it into a tri-fold. the C-tray will take either pre-folded inserts or business reply envelopes and the machine will feed all of this into an envelope and seal it. This unit pulls from the A and B trays fine and folds the material and then outputs it when it is set on fold-only. When the machine is set on insert, it tries to pull an outer envelope and then stops. I'm not sure how to fix that, therefore, the machine is being sold as-is.
