The equipment is not hard to operate, the operator was just hardheaded and very slow learner. The equipment was put in storage in a climate controlled room for a few years and then the decision was made to move it to the colleges print shop. Right after moving it to the college print shop. The print shop manager left on a fairly long health leave. During that time additional print shop equipment(not mail related equipment) was purchased- offset presses and a large paper cutter.
