We have had a Pitney Bowes service technician perform a General Inspection on the machine and he has assured us that no parts or accessories are missing and the machine is in excellent working condition. He stated that he recommended that the equipment have a"tune up" and rollers replaced when the counter reaches 400.000. He stated it is barely broken in and in excellent condition. The dimensions are as follows: Length 45" Depth 21" Height 21" Weight with packing approx. 150 lbs. Included is the Quick Reference Guide and the CD that contains the entire Operating Guide.
