24'x34' U.S. Steel Building. Made of Galvalume which is galvanized aluminum. Sturdy and strong. Will never rust. There are no poles so it's 100% usable space. Resistant to tornadoes when constructed properly. Building is currently standing so you will have to disassemble. We put it together in a weekend with 3 people so it shouldn't take long to bring it down. Once it is disassembled and stacked it will fit on a small trailer or truck bed. METAL BUILDING EXCELLENT CONDITION YOU REMOVE SHOP GARAGE BARN RV STORAGE
This metal building is just over 58 feet wide. 36 feet deep and 16 feet tall at the peak. It is in excellent condition! Big bay openings, as you can see from the photos, but there are no doors. THis does have one man door. It has been up about 6 years. The cost was $13,000 installed. The metal has no dents or holes. The treated 6x6 posts are concreted into the ground and concrete slab so they would have to be cut off at the concrete pad level. You could use pier posts to re-install on your site or any number of ways to keep the same height. Front is higher than the back. This property in Oregon City,Oregon is being developed and this has to be removed by the first of April. We are unaware of any brand name for this building. Concrete and debris can remain on our site. Please ask questions.

The floor framing is elevated and it has a built in sump pump with an automatic float control. I also have the outside light fixture that goes by the door. Would work as a portable communication shack or base station. As you see. Gentlemen. First let me tell you a little bit about the building. The building is located in Gods country, Springdale/Zion Natl. Park Utah. I contracted a property/estate cleanup project, 2.homes and 5 shops on about 1-1/2 acres. The property belonged to a 97 year old man that recently passed away, he was a bachelor/handyman/appliance repairman/hoarder. This Quonset Hut was his main shop, the building is approximately 30' wide x 60' long x 16' tall. I know the photos look a little rough because of all the junk around it, don't be fooled, the building is in excellent condition, no dents, no rust, and very few holes have been cut into it, the only penetrations are in the front/door side, a couple 2-1/2" conduits for utilities and a 3" flue pipe, it has a Reznor propane unit heater inside, the heater is included. It ... morehas double 6' x 12' sliding doors, they open like a dream. This building is the heavy gauge/deep ribbed model, the military would bury this model for bunkers. The building is not insulated, but it can be, the prefab insulation panels are still available for purchase. The reason I am selling the building at such a low price is because the buyer is going to have to dismantle and transport it themselves. I will have in and around the building cleaned up so no problem there, I can assist loading the building onto a trailer, the buyer can also use my ladders and scaffolding so they wont have to haul that with them.
