I contracted a property/estate cleanup project, 2.homes and 5 shops on about 1-1/2 acres. The property belonged to a 97 year old man that recently passed away, he was a bachelor/handyman/appliance repairman/hoarder. I know the photos look a little rough because of all the junk around it, don't be fooled, the building is in excellent condition, no dents, no rust, and very few holes have been cut into it, the only penetrations are in the front/door side, a couple 2-1/2" conduits for utilities and a 3" flue pipe, it has a Reznor propane unit heater inside, the heater is included. It ... morehas double 6' x 12' sliding doors, they open like a dream. This building is the heavy gauge/deep ribbed model, the military would bury this model for bunkers. The building is not insulated, but it can be, the prefab insulation panels are still available for purchase. The reason I am selling the building at such a low price is because the buyer is going to have to dismantle and transport it themselves. I will have in and around the building cleaned up so no problem there, I can assist loading the building onto a trailer, the buyer can also use my ladders and scaffolding so they wont have to haul that with them. If my telescopic forklift isn't being used by myself or one of my employees it can be used as well. I can make arraignments for discounted hotel rooms if that will help. 2 or 3 guys with good cordless impact drivers and I don't see why the building couldn't be dismantled/banded and loaded in 2 days, 3 tops. This really is a beautiful building, this is a chance for someone to save alotta cash, a similar building would set a guy back $15k if he was lucky, and it would only be similar in shape, they do not make Quonset Huts like this anymore, this building
