I have two of these units exactly the same so if you can use both please bid on both these are mounted on small utility trailers so they can be pulled behind your car they have adjustable leg stands on all four corners and the wheels are removable easily I believe they are four foot by 6 foot and about 8 feet tall the entire frame is aluminum. All of the glass is fine they have a full size sliding door on the side and all the windows slide they have large AC units and big power cords mounted on them give me a call at 315 729 3670 with any questions. This is a nice unit that had brick on the bottom half of it. It had an a/c window unit in it. It comes with everything you see on the inside of it. Breaker panel. Phone, TV, security camera, etc. The windows were removed to remove shack. All pieces to reinstall the windows are still there. I'm not sure if the screws are there or not. The window frame was bent a little when we removed the unit but it can easily be straightened back up. This unit is to be mounted onto a concrete base. PRICED WAAAAY BELOW COMPETITORS! The core structure is then permanently bonded to one of many different facing materials selected from the widest variety available in the industry. History: This structure was custom built/ordered for a Boston hotel renovation project in late 2013. It was used as a security check-point for all subcontractors. It has since been used as a garden shed at a residential house. I found it not large enough for what I hoped to grow during the early spring/late fall months. As such. I am selling it to make room for another larger shed. It was purchased brand new from the manufacturer for $6,250. Pick-up: You will need a tow truck. The structure weighs approximately 3.000 pounds.
