Modular Office 24x40
What we have here is the two ends of a 40 x 84 modular office used by a small hospital for administration until their new wing could be completed. Then it was given to a school(k-10) to use. The school determined that it would cost almost as much to upgrade this portable building to school standards as it would to build a new. Permanent building so they have abandoned the project. I purchased it from the movers because I would like to use the center sections. The center sections are not of much value without the ends. There are 7 12x40 units that can be towed anywhere you want. You are bidding on the two end units. The two ends have partitions in them. If you consider the unit being towed down the road and you are looking at the tow truck. The right section is shown first and the first six pictures are of the right section. There is a partition ... morewith a door in it about half way down, the rest is open. There is also a hand rail down the outside of it where they had a wheel chair ramp. The left section has a heat pump forced air unit on the front. At the back are two 9x9 offices and that with a hall space take up almost the back half of it. There is a partition lengthwise from the front half way down the length that has been laid down on the floor for transportation purposes. I did not take the plastic off the left unit to take the pictures so they are darker than the ones for the interior of the right side. The last picture is the HUD plate on the left section with it's serial number. Each of the seven units has its own serial number. These are constructed so that the partitions do not hold up the roof and the partitions can be moved. Removed or more added. The end units do not have an exterior door. The moving company will remove an exterior door from one of the center units and install it on one of the end units wherever it would suit your needs before it is moved to your location. I have a used 14 foot by 40 foot mobile office trailer this is a nice unit for a construction site or a sales office it is 14 foot wide and 40 foot long the main room is 14 foot by 20 and it has to 10 foot by 14 foot rooms on the ends the unit is in good condition has wood paneling on all the inside walls drop ceiling with fluorescent lights the unit has central heating and air. the large heat pump is mounted on the front wall I had this trailer towed from South Carolina to Alabama and it still has the wheels tires and tongue on it there is no plumbing other than a hot water heater in the closet that originally ran to a sink there is no bathroom.
