Department 56 Dickens Village building- The Old Curiosity Shop Comes with the foam box& cardboard sleeve. Dated 1987. Building measures approximately 6" at the highest. Base is about 9" by 3 3/4" Light piece is present& in working condition. However. The bulb is older so I can not guarantee how long it will last before replacement is needed. No chips. Cracks or repairs. There are lighter spots on the back side of the roof but this is a part of the manufacture. Shipping weight is 3 lbs. USPS Priority only. I ship 6 days a week(excluding postal holidays& the occasional day when I am out of town) Since my local Post Office is operating with reduced hours.
