Condition: Used. But in very good condition. This building does not come with the original box. The house is in excellent shape, no cracks, chips or other damage. The original light cord is missing but there will be a substitute light cord from Department 56 included with this building. This house is from the Santa's Workbench Collection Towne Series introduced in 2000. This is a hard piece to find especially in good shape with all parts. There is Blue Whale shaped weathervane on top of the roof which comes off and will be included in the package. There is a pulley attached to a rod which fits into a hole just at the bottom of the roof line. This rod fits into the top hole. Attached to the end of the black line coming down from the pulley is a black fishing hook. There is a second hole under the pulley which holds nothing and I do not ... moreknow the purpose for this second hole. This rod and pulley will also be wrapped and will be included with the house. This is a cute smaller G Scale building. Barbershop and or bird house. It is not in perfect condition from being handled, boxed and reboxed, but I don't believe it was actually used. These buildings were all hand crafted in the 1990s and early 2000s by a man who passed away and I bought at an Estate Sale,I have been covering the bird house holes as these were added at a later date. However this one has a floor to the building, so I left it to be used as a birdhouse. The building is 5" wide. 8.4 inches tall and 9.5 inches long. See my auctions for others listed.
