3 Steel MIGHTY TONKA DUMP TRUCKS Collectable For Restoration or Parts TONKA 1972/1973#3900 MIGHTY DUMP TRUCK Truck is complete and intact. Has some rust but could be cleaned up and restored/repainted. I was trying to track down the exact year for this truck. Apparently this was a 1972 truck that may have received a couple of the 1973 upgrades. From the information provided on mightytonka.com I can say this is probably a late'72 or early'73 model. It seems to have some features unique to both years. This truck has the metal front bumper from'72. the'73 truck used a new all plastic bumper) The side decal is"Mighty Tonka" a'73 upgrade. the"Mighty Dump" decal used in'72) Seems to have the newer XMB-975 white letter tires new for'73. the black sidewall XMB-975 tires were used in'72) Most of the ... morewhite has worn off the tires but you can see the letters were rolled with the white paint originally. TONKA 1989-1991#3901 MIGHTY DUMP TRUCK Truck is complete and intact. Has some rust but could be cleaned up and restored/repainted. Stickers are faded but new stickers are available on ebay. There is a small piece broken out of the windshield. I was trying to track down the exact year for this truck. Most of the white has worn off the tires but you can see the letters were rolled with the white paint originally. They changed to a big balloon type tire with a solid rim the next year in'92. 3rd is a large Contruction Dump Truck similar to the a Tonka Mighty Dump Truck. Not sure of the manufacturer. It is all steel and very durable. The tires are black wall embossed"Muscle Machine 700 Series" Front Axel/Wheels missing but I have one of the tires. Measures about 16" long x 7-1/2" wide x 8" high. Vintage Tonka T-6 Trencher construction equipment toy made of pressed steel in USA! This trencher/tractor/ dozer/front loader has a dump scoop on the front that raises. Lowers, and dumps; it has a trencher/digger on the back end that extends, scoops, and lifts. The trencher body is steel and has most of its original yellow paint; the trencher armature and the front bucket are also steel and are painted black. The interior, grille, engine, front loader arms, and wheels are black plastic. Here is a 3 lever" NYLINT GRADER" in pressed steel. Can be a bit harder to locate. Clean physical condition with no grime or dirt. Some paint chips. Decals look good.Missing rubber exhaust tip. The road grader is 14" long. 5" tall and 6" wide, tire edge to tire edge. One lever steers the front wheels. And two spring loaded levers to ratchet the blade angle up and down.
