This was my personal bee suit. I had only worn it 16 times. This is by far one of the best bee suits I had ever worn. My Beekeeping partner wore a standard suit and side by side he would over heat and I stayed cool. Plus I was never stung through at all where his suit arms would be riddled with stingers. All I did was don this suit over shorts and T-shirt and nitrile gloves and I could spend hours in the sunlight around angry bees. Selling a Bee suit. It was used but seems to be in pretty good condition. The only label I can find is on the hat portion which says Dadant and Sons. From what I can tell on their website its cotton polyester zipper suit with cricket hat. I'm 6 foot 180 lbs and it fit me good. So I'm guessing its either medium or a large. The suit feels soft and comfy and it will definitely keep you warm. The hat is adjustable. As can be seen in the pic the glove is stained but in tact. the suit on the other hand is pretty clean. Selling a Beekeeper suit. The only label I can find is on the hat portion which says Dadant and Sons. The Mesh on the hat zips to the suit. the suit and hat weren't purchased like this though. My mom, a retired seamstress, installed the zipper to make sure bee's wouldn't get in. I don't know if the suit is a Dandant and sons suit though as I can't find a label on it. My mom doesn't know. What she does know is that my dad purchased two complete suits(suits, hats, and gloves 1 for each of them) together at the same store. unfortunately he isn't with us anymore. This is a thick. Ooooooh. You'll want to grab these up! I fostered a couple of bee hives and the beekeeper couldn't keep the killer bees from invaded the hives so he removed them and I won't be needing this suit anymore. I only wore it about three times to go down and watch him work with the bees and then I stopped going down because the bees were getting all riled up and I didn't want them bothering my horses. Time wise, these suits have less than one hour worth of wear. I started with the shirt/hat combo and when the killer bees came around, I amped up to the big suit because I was curious and wanted to see what it was like to be around killer bees. What a fricken mistake THAT was! Had to jump in the beekeepers truck with a zillion bees on us and drive down a dirt road in an attempt to get them away from the horses. Have some stains- no rigs. Tears or holes. I am 6' 4" 240 pounds- the suit fit me a bit snug- length was fine. Coveralls are made of lightweight 100% nylon(very strong material) zips up from the crotch to the neck and has a zipper at each ankle. There are 2 front waist pockets, 2 back hip pockets and 1 breast pocket. The helmet is adjustable and made of lightweight durable plastic- I did notice that the tabs on the adjustable band seem brittle and may need to be repaired or the hat size may be taped in position. The bee mask zips onto the suit to provide a complete seal. The mask is constructed of heavy nylon netting with stiff screen ... morematerial surrounding the face, ears and back of the head, and is sewn together with canvas hemming.
