The bolt that holds the swing arm on its shaft is broke off(indicated by arrow in photo) but can be fixed with some work. The seams of the wood are a little loose, so they will need to be re-glued and there are some minor scuffs/scratches and nicks throughout, but overall the wood cabinet is pretty nice.
