Insulators were originally installed for cattle but were removed after only 2 years to provide for horse fencing. The insulators have a manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty. The only thing wrong with these insulators are some minor scratches(if any) and some dust. All are fully functional and were inspected before packaging. They are boxed loose. Up for sale here is a Pet Safe TC-100 Radio Fence pet containment system. It consists of one fence transmitter part# TC-100 one collar item# ul-250 the power supply chord and the remote which are all pictured above. It does not come with any batteries and no manual. Overall unit is in good shape but not new its used. Tested the unit and powers on and was able to insert the wire and keep the continuous loop light on when hooked up. I dont have a dog however.
