Auction is for these two antique. Vintage Pat. 3-30-15, brass, hit& miss engine oilers. The DeLaval oiler could be for a cream separator also. The smaller one glass dimension is 1 3/4" dia. X 1 3/4" high, the larger is 2 1/2" dia. X 2 1/2" high. They are in good used condition, but would need new gaskets. See photos and if not sure please ask questions before bidding. Nice cream separator unit. Seems like all the parts are here but I am not an expert so sold as is. I did put it all together and the electric motor fires up when plugged in and the rotor turns well, but again I am no expert on this. I don't know anything about this other than what I have read from other ads. Appears to be McCormick Deering and Stainless Steel. It is 15 1/2 inches across and 9 inches tall. Plug is in bottom and turns easily and can be removed as shown in one picture. Please look at pictures closely. I am not aware of any damage to it other than the paint. I think the paint would come off easily. This was in my late parents garage, setting on a shelf for at least the past 40 years. I took pictures at two different times and all are included. Hopefully they represent its condition. Item will be in a box that is 15x16x19 and total weight is 10 lbs. 10 ounces.

Not sure what it was originally. It looks like it was modified for a milking barn to remove the cream for a cup of milk. It was found at a farm auction. Holds 3 cups of liquid. Has one handle soldered on. The other handle has been broken off. Stands 4 1/4" tall by 4" in diameter around the bottom. The screen filter just sits on top of the cup, it is not attached in any way. Sits loosely on the top. No mark anywhere on it. Comes with staining. Scratches, dents and dings. Unique primitive little cup.

Original UNITED Hit Miss Gas Engine Governor Speed Pulley Cream Separator NICE!!
This is a VERY hard to find governor pulley that was commonly used when running a cream separator or corn grinder with a gas engine to provide a constant speed or prevent over speeding. It was made by the UNITED ENGINE COMPANY in Lansing. Michigan. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind and everything seems to work as it should. The bearings are nice and tight and I don't think it was used very much. The larger pulley is about 9 inches in diameter with a 3 1/4 inch face and the smaller one is about 4 inches in diameter with a 2 1/2 inch face. The overall size of the piece is about 15 1/2 inches long and 10 inches tall. It has some original red paint on it and has the UNITED ENGINE CO. cast into the side of the large pulley. These governor pulleys don't turn up very often in the wild or even at ... moreswap meets and they work great for running belt driven items because you can run your engine fast enough to get the needed power while not over speeding the implement you are running with it.
