I know very little about cream separators. I do not know how or if this works and I don't know if there are any missing attachments or pieces and it is being sold as is with no returns. Except one O ring that can be purchased at any automotive shop. There is some cosmetic damage to the base unit, nothing paint could not fix. The stainless steel bowel has a capacity of four gallons. It is in good condition; no rust present. User manuel is in same condition as when I purchased separator, faded but readable. I am selling the unit as I have only a small herd of milk cows. Description Vintage MONTGOMERY WARD TABLE TOP CREAM SEPARATOR. Model#64HM-S3M-A. This is one of the hard to find smaller. Set on the counter separators. It's in superb original condition. A little of the surface paint is flaked off and the riveted metal name plate is slightly scuffed. Absolutely no breaks, cracks or repairs. It cranks like a dream with the gearing so that just a couple of full circle revolutions make it spin at a high RPM. 6S3M-446 appears on the inside cone. Also, the number 300 is on the top funnel tray. It's probably from the teens to 1920's era. The metal ID plate states"ORDER PARTS AT ANY MONTGOMERY WARD RETAIL STORE or by MAIL" This unit came out of an old farm house where it had been stored for many years. The name of the company in Sweden was Aktiebolaget Separator Company or AB Separator Company. The only marking on any of the pieces is a 225. I believe this is a De Laval Jr. it might be McCormick. IHC or Deering- please look at all photos for additions to the description. there are 2 spouts. 2"bowls" a cleaner, 13 discs, 2 wrenches: a total of 30 pieces, mostly stainless steel. There may be parts for more than 1 separator: again, check out the photos and ask for more if you are unsure. the discs and 1 other part have some rust discoloration which is why I said most parts stainless. bowls in great shape. One has a couple small dents on rim where it rolls out. The bowls are about 13" across. The spouts attach to the bottom; Packages will be sent with insurance. The least expensive USPS. From a local farm estate. On the block is this STOCKHOLM brand cream separator. Judging from the label, It was originally sold by Macleouds, a chain of Canadian hardware stores. It is complete as you see it, I think it is missing the little valve that goes inside the bowl. It is obvious it has been sitting for some time and could use a good cleaning, at least. plugged it in and flipped the switch and it did not spool up, it may be a bad connection or something more serious in the motor, I did not take it apart to see what the issue is. Mike Bruner has one shown in his 1997 book on page 91, More Porcelain Signs" Mike was here and told me today that the size in his book was just an estimate at the time. He said he wished he had listed ALL the sizes incorrectly, then we would all know what repro signs were actually fakes made from phots in his books, now that so many are being made. This size is still large enough to be impressive, and small enough to display in your home. Measures 26½" tall by 18" wide with a 2½" strong flange. ... moreThis is very heavy steel. Made to last and withstand midwest tornado winds! This baby weighs 11 pounds! The back of the flange is black. The front is white. And has"Made In U.S.A. and a code"764" There are the 6 original holes, with 5 of the original 6 grommets remaining. There are only a couple tiny edge chips in the porcelain. Mostly near the edge by the black flange side, which barely show when hung on the wall. Any other chips along the outer edge are very minimal. There are a couple minor tiny white spots on one side, where the blue top layer has been nicked, as shown in the photos. Mike says this is the"finest condition example of this DeLaval which he has seen in 30+ years collecting porcelain signs" Beautiful five(5) color graphics of the electric cream separator in action showing cream and milk flowing separately into two white enamel pots. VINTAGE STONEWARE YELLOWARE CROCK POT FOR DE LAVAL CREAM SEPARATOR. Vintage stoneware. Yelloware crock has 2 brass or bronze spigots attached at the base. After I bought it. Someone came up to me and told me that it was a crock for a de Laval cream separator. Don't know if it is so. But the item is unique. Unsigned. Just the crock part is 11 1/2" height x 5 5/8" wide. The spigots are 2 3/4" height x 2 1/8" wide. Measurements are approximate. Good used condition for being so old. Some of the stoneware inside has flaked off. There is a curved line(almost like a circle) on the outside that extends into the inside of the pot. The spigots have green oxidation. One handle will turn. The other does not. The original manual is also included with this. I did plug it in with nothing attached to it and the motor seemed to run very good. I did not test it with everything attached. Merit was. More or less, the Jim Brown Fence and Wire company. The company had several models of American cream separators and Montgomery Wards cream separators that they sold under their label. This is all original and unmessed with. I turned the handle it spun just fine. This is a Standard Cream Separator engine that the last owner told me he ran on battery and coil it has compression and there appears to be a wiper of sorts.
