Clearly identified on bottom: Roselane. Pasadena. Calif. Nice Vintage Condition. A few things to note: The top tail feather of the smaller chicken has a small chip. The varnish on the wood base is a little worn. Typical for its age. There is a sticker residue on the underside of the base and a pen mark that looks like two sides of a triangle. Both are white, with the hen wearing a light blue apron, and the rooster wearing a matching light blue bandana. They are both in over all good condition. Although the rooster has a small chip in the paint at the top of his comb, and what appears to be a production flaw in the clay, under the paint. None of these flaws are openly visible unless looked for. The rooster measures about 2.75” tall. About 3” from front to back, and about 2.25” wide. I will be listing loads of standard size antique postcards from every holiday. These were all from a local estate sale and range from 1905-1915. This charming Easter card is in good condition. Slight edge wear. It features a rabbit stealing a decorated egg and being chased by chickens. Silver metallic background. It has not been mailed but is signed in ink. Please review photos.
