This is a Pacific Bearing#DPAC0511-281 Linear Guided Stage. The rail length is 482mm and the full travel is 394mm. The lead of the screw is 10mm and the screw diameter is 11mm. There is a 5mm pitch timing pulley on the drive end and this is attached to a 6mm shaft. The carriage plate is 115mm X 90mm with threaded component mounting holes. The carriage rides on Rulon or Frelon bearings. And there is no measurable backlash or side play in this drive. This is the perfect head start component for a small lathe or bench top milling machine. The motor mount plate is stainless steel and all other components are aluminum. A few minor scratches but otherwise in very good condition.

The screw comes with two ball bearing mounting blocks and two telescoping spring type thread covers. With the covers, total travel is approximately 280 mm. Removal of the covers adds an additional 30 mm of travel. Overall length(including machined ends) is 580 mm. TWO Small Linear Actuators 1x 18V and 1x 12V? Volt DC Mechanisms FREE S&H
For you consideration are TWO separate linear actuator mechanisms. Both are being sold together. I know very little about these units beyond what can be observed from looking at them. However they are both tested and THEY BOTH WORK GREAT! The larger mechanism has the phrases"TAU-8SB" and"DC 18V" written on it. So I assume that it intended to run at 18V DC. The smaller mechanism has nothing written on it. So I feel that, presumably, it is a 12V unit(but I make no guarantees-12V could be too much and could potentially wreck it) I tested it on 9V DC and it worked fine. THESE DO NOT SEEM LIKE PARTICULARLY STRONG LINEAR ACTUATORS. My guess is that the larger one came from a cash register. Or something of that nature, judging by the attached spring and the large rubber stopper. The smaller one looks like more of a locking-pin ... moredevice for some sort of a door or something along those lines. These came from a friend who tinkers a lot with DIY projects and robotics. He gave me a box of odds-and-ends and these were in it. Because I know nothing about these units. They are being SOLD AS IS, but are 100% guaranteed to work out-of-the-box. You can see in the pictures that the larger unit's resistance tests around 18 Ohms(but it fluctuates-it seems like 18 Ohms is about the average. But I am not an expert at testing things) The smaller one stayed at a flat 16.3 Ohms when I tested it. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN STORED IN A COOL. THK KR33 LM Guide ballscrew linear actuator KR3306-D Double short Block Style
Far stub shaft outside of bearing is bent. Front bearing mounts are cracked. However, 2 of 4 mount holes remain. I've made adapter plates to mount a Nema 23 stepper motor. Ballscrew assembly is in great functional shape. THK LM Guide linear ballscrew actuator. Double block style. The aluminum motor mount casting is cracked so only 2 of 4 mount holes remain. I've machined a NEMA 23 stepper motor mount plate and works just fine with the two holes instead of 4. Input shaft is 6mm diameter. Pitch is 10mm/ rev Bearings are in good shape. As well as ballscrew, motion is fine just looks ugly on the stub shaft(non-motor end) and the stepper mount casting. Stepper mount plate is secured with two M5 screws and threadlock, plenty strong for the application. The the traveler and ballscrew blocks touching.
