I don't know how to drive the motor or interface with serial encoder so they are untested. 10 rotations of the shaft got me exactly 5" of travel and its a 7 start lead screw with a diameter of 1/2" That should be enough data to derive most of the critical dimensions but if you need additional info please don't ... morehesitate to ask. Thread depth looks to be approximately 1/32" but this is an approximation.
