You get what you see in the picture(except the tape measure) These came from a inking machine. There is either a small indent and/or flat spot at the ends of the shafts. That's all I know about them. New this actuator was upwards of $5.000. Ball screw is machined down to 1/4" shaft which is same size as a standard stepper motor shaft. So very easy to plus and play. It does not have a factory Nema 23 motor mount but I have one made of unfinished aluminum I'll include for no charge. It was machined out of a solid block of aluminum so a really high ... morequality Nema 23 motor mount and not some cheap setup. Does not include the 1/4" coupler but these can be purchased anywhere for $10 or $20. Actuator is guaranteed not to be DOA. Thomson SuperSlide linear actuator. 31" travel
Thomson SuperSlide Linear Actuator. 31" of travel with the bellows. More with the bellows removed. This uses a 1" per turn leadscrew(Not ballscrew) so it moves pretty fast. The actuator is mounted to a 1/2" aluminum plate the length of the slide. Included is is a Thomson TMC-1000 single axis motion controller. Pc card reader, and motor that should work with the slide, an adapter will need to be made. I have never tried to put it all together. The control is kind of neat, it takes g-code from off serial and runs that. I am not guaranteeing the controller or motor, I am selling it for the slide only.

These two linear bearings are suitable for any 3/4" 0.75" shaft. I've used similar bearings on my CNC router. And I've had terrific results with motion accuracy and precision. This came off a machine we got for bits. Very well made unit by Lintech. The slides are Thomson RD10HL ACCUGLIDE RAILS. But I cant read the bearing type or p/n. Each of the rail slide asm has 3 bearing per rail for stability. So each slide/ stage rides on TWO rails/ SIX BEARINGS. The ball screws are.2" pitch and approx.6" dia each slide asm has a Warner 24vdc brake. the unit was set up for nema sized stepper or servo motors you will need shaft couplers and adaptord for the motor/s you choose I will describe each slide separate. The base slide is set up for a Nema mount motor. The ball screw has a 3/8" dia stem for coupling to servo or stepper motor. The slide is approx. 7" wide, and 30" long including brake and motor mount. The slide has a usable travel of approx. 16" The Y slide(up/down) is set up for a Nema ... moremount motor. The ball screw has a 5/16" dia stem for coupling to servo or stepper motor. The slide is approx. 4" wide, and 30" long including brake and motor mount. The slide has a usable travel of approx. 16" This slide is bolted to the large angle plate between this slide and the base slide. The last slide is the X(side to side) slide. It is set up for a Nema mount motor. The ball screw has a 5/16" dia stem for coupling to servo or stepper motor. The slide is approx. 4" wide, and 40" long including brake and motor mount. The slide has a usable travel of approx. 26" this slide has a cross plate to connect the up/down slide to this side to slide X slide. Note. The following unit is dirty, needs a good bath of solvent to remove crud old grease(the amber tinted hue in the picture) etc and re-lubed. I have powered up all 3 brakes and turned the ball screws by hand and they all seem to work well. Also the unit can NOT ship assembled I will need to break the unit down into 3 slides and the large angle and bracket and pack in one large heavy box.
