This is a used Aerotech Accudex ball screw driven linear stage. It is in nice overall condition and shows signs of use. But not abuse. It moves very nicely. It does appear to have been modified where the motor mounts so you may have to get creative with motor coupling. The end of the ballscrew shaft has about an inch that is turned down to 8mm and it has two opposed flats on it for mounting a motor coupler. This a complete system that was used for precision positioning. ONE OF STAGES MOVES FREELY WHILE THE OTHER IS LOCKED BY WHAT I AM ASSUMING IS BREAK, AS THIS SLIDE IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER.
