These were used in a wire manufacturing process that used an adhesive residue. While the blocks were mostly sealed from this some residue has gotten onto the rails and block internals which is causing extra stiction and a rougher travel than is normal. They probably can be brought back to full life and normal functionality without too much work as all components look very clean as shown. But we are not entirely certain. IKO LWHT 35 Linear Bearings on 1160 mm (45-5/8") Long Rails - Excellent!
We're selling a set of four IKO LWHT 35 linear bearings on two 1160 mm long rails. All in excellent condition. The bearing trucks measure 100 mm wide by 117 mm long(less oil fitting) by 40 mm tall. Top of rail to bottom of bearing measures 49 mm. We removed these bearings from a Bridgeport Torq-Cut machining center with outdated controls. The machine was equipped with forced oil lubrication. So the bearings and rails are in excellent condition. Operation is smooth, tight, and uniform from end to end. Shipping weight will be 54 pounds.
