Mounted on the Z axis is a high speed air spindle, but would probably work easier using a dremel or Harbor Freight flex shaft. The frame is a heavy cast iron unit with no slop or play of any kind. Also mounted to the top back is a 120vac air solenoid. As a bonus, we are including three new IMS462 half step/36vdc/2 amp drivers and a new Digital Power 36v/8.3amp power supply and 4 new carbide engraving tips. This came off a machine we got for bits. Very well made unit by Lintech. The slides are Thomson RD10HL ACCUGLIDE RAILS. But I cant read the bearing type or p/n. Each of the rail slide asm has 3 bearing per rail for stability. So each slide/ stage rides on TWO rails/ SIX BEARINGS. The ball screws are.2" pitch and approx.6" dia each slide asm has a Warner 24vdc brake. the unit was set up for nema sized stepper or servo motors you will need shaft couplers and adaptord for the motor/s you choose I will describe each slide separate. The base slide is set up for a Nema mount motor. The ball screw has a 3/8" dia stem for coupling to servo or stepper motor. The slide is approx. 7" wide, and 30" long including brake and motor mount. The slide has a usable travel of approx. 16" The Y slide(up/down) is set up for a Nema ... moremount motor. The ball screw has a 5/16" dia stem for coupling to servo or stepper motor. The slide is approx. 4" wide, and 30" long including brake and motor mount. The slide has a usable travel of approx. 16" This slide is bolted to the large angle plate between this slide and the base slide. The last slide is the X(side to side) slide. It is set up for a Nema mount motor. The ball screw has a 5/16" dia stem for coupling to servo or stepper motor. The slide is approx. 4" wide, and 40" long including brake and motor mount. Also the unit can NOT ship assembled I will need to break the unit down into 3 slides and the large angle and bracket and pack in one large heavy box.
