I compared the dimensional information from Motion Systems and I think I have identified that they are 85615 Ball Drive Actuators(I'm pretty confident of that) to see the catalog information from Motion Systems. 100 pound rating- lifts loads up to 100 pounds(dynamic) 600 pounds static Using the dimensional drawings. I determined the stroke of these is 8.5" Each unit has a Pittman 9434F468 motor attached(24VDC) I don't know what the gear ratio is. Please see the link above for complete specs. These are surplus military goods. These were all sitting in storage and were quite dirty. I cleaned and lubricated them on the outside(I didn't take them apart) I don't have a 24VDC power source. So I can't test them. I made sure that they all turn freely so they aren't seized. This was originally made to move a very large satellite dish. It's rated to push or pull 1/2 a ton with steel plate for mounting. I have used it as an electric steering box for a radio controlled lawnmower with a battery and an inverter. It runs on AC 110v. Really easy to hook up. There's a common wire that would go to one leg of the 110v. Then you hook one of two other wires up to make it push or pull. It has a relay and some switches inside but I have only used it as described above so I don't really know what the switches are for. I think they are a safety so it will only extend or pull so far. One end of the steel rod has a bolt hole so you cab thread in an eye hook or bolt. The long steel part is just over 3ft long. It has MASSIVE POWER and built very tough.
