This is a 12x15 children's batrooms. It was built in 1991 by William Scotsman. It was part of a preschool so the toilets are for very small kids. It was attached to each end of a building. The bathroom has solid metal commercial doors on each end(the 12 foot sides) and also has doors on the one side that could easily be blocked off. Some of the fixtures have been removed. This parts mezzanine is setup in a parts department that doesn't fit the building space. When we walk up to the top of the stairs a normal height person has to bend over in order to walk on the top. We cant use this to store any parts that weight anything since we cant stand up straight on top of it so it has to go so we can use the space. We are located just outside of Kansas City in Shawnee KS. Whoever takes this apart should put it together since we can't find a model number or manufacturer anywhere on the mezzanine. It seems very simple to disassemble but would require a couple guys. We would be willing to take it apart and set it on pallets to ship if the buyer would like to put it together on their own.
