Lots of collectors like to show off stuff in its perfect as good as new condition and mixing cans are no exception. Push. Pull and roll the dents out of your fuel can. Even fill them with water and freeze them a little bit to help push the dents out. Use a little body putty/bondo and sand it smooth. This is pretty clean example of this book. The worst I can say about it is someone marked a page with an old advertising booklet and over the years the colors bled from that flyer. It is only the pages in the photos that were affected. The flyleaf was cut out for some reason but. Outside of that, it's in above average condition. Most of these books have dirty. Finger printed, pages because people actually used them in the shop. Anyone looking at this knows exactly what it is so there is no need for me to blabber on about it. For sale is a Stover Engine co. sales brochure. From the Stover MFG. Engine co. Freeport, ILL, USA. It covers sales information, engine specifications& features of Stover hit and miss stationary engines. This brochure wad printed in 1926 and has 8 pages. The condition of this brochure is fair, it has yellowing paper pages that are stapled. Some of the pages have pulled through the staples and some have torn away from the opposite pages. There is a crease where the booklet wad folded at some point, but the book appears that it was designed to be folded. There is minor dirt and finger prints on all pages, but for the age it's not bad. 1953 Briggs and Stratton vintage 6-BS engine
Running 1953 B&S 1.6HP engine. I cleaned the engine after I took these pictures. Then I cleaned and reset the points, adjusted the flywheel gap, cleaned the carburetor and added oil. This engine is all original except for one screw I put into the points cover plate. It runs perfectly, starts cold on choke, runs with the choke open and restarts hot easily. However it idles a tad fast because the governor spring is a little loose. I left the original part, I believe it came off of a reel mower as I removed a lot of clippings. This mower has ball bearings on the shaft, a L type Vacu-Jet Carburetor, and a pulley on the shaft. Model-6-BS, Type- 901053, S/N 130353.

Maytag wringer washing machine gas motor powered
Late 1920's Maytag wringer washer in very good condition. This washer is powered by the Maytag 3/4 horse gas motor. The motor was repainted several years ago. It is the correct color for this motor. These motors came in Blue, Green and Black. The wringer rollers are in great condition with no splits, tears or chunks missing. It is very unusual to find these rollers in such good condition. The decals are still in place even though they do show wear. I do have a small section of the throw ball exhaust to go with this washer. I also have replacement decals that match the existing decals on the machine. I also have some of the safety tags that would come from the factory when this washer was new. I have done a lot of research on these machines and have talked to some of the people that worked in the factory when these washers were made.
