Tried a whole new torch/whip assembly(being sold separately) but this did not fix the problem. Someone who knows how to work on this may be able to figure out the problem. There is a handful of consumables that come with it. This torch is practically brand new. I bought it thinking that our old torch was the problem with our plamsa cutter. But it was not. This torch was only tried a few times before we put the whole machine in storage. It was left on the machine and moved around in storage for about a year(unused) so there are some minor scuffs and dirt on the outside. There is only one substantial scrape in the outside insulation(see picture) but it is deffinitely not thru the insulation. This should be in perfect working order with almost unused consumables in it. I bought this for $500, they retail for much more.

I have a NU-TECSYS plasma cutte"Pilot arc" it was pulled off of a working plasma table. It has a machine torch included. With replacement torches. The shop I am in does not have 3 ph so I am unable to use this unit. It was working. But because of no way to plug it in, it is being sold as-is. The plasma cutter has two hook places in the rear for duel air systems. Right now it is set up to run single line compressed air. The air gauge in the front panel has been removed before I got the unit, there is a gauge on the air water seperator. Lots of consumables are included, please check pictures. MILLER 3080 PLASMA CUTTER 18 month warranty For sale I a Miller 3080 Plasma Cutter. It has an Ice 80X torch. I don't know exactly how long the torch cord is. But I would say it is at least 20' and possibly as long as 30' The only thing worth noting is that the little side panel door seen in the second picture does not have the latch on it to keep it closed. I received it back from Global Electronic Services(spent $1000 on it) who went through it and replaced the board and all the high wear. Likely to fail components on it. They gave it an 18 month warranty. WILL NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES. PACKAGE WILL NEED A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY. Shipping is $150.00 for 48 states. THERMAL DYNAMICS PCH-102 20 Ft. 70 Deg. 100 Amp. Plasma Torch. Used in good working condition with Original box and Stickers/ Manual. This Plasma torch has been discontinued from Thermal Dynamics along with the Torch head and Cable set and is becoming hard to find. I have made one repair to the cable going into the handle do to a cut in the cable insulation but not into to conductors inside. Insulation repaired by adding a tube of heat shrink around the cable and over the cut in the insulation. See photo#5 and#7 This plasma torch has been tested good and has no problems.
