THERMAL DYNAMICS PCH-102 20 Ft. 70 Deg. 100 Amp. Plasma Torch. Used in good working condition with Original box and Stickers/ Manual. This Plasma torch has been discontinued from Thermal Dynamics along with the Torch head and Cable set and is becoming hard to find. I have made one repair to the cable going into the handle do to a cut in the cable insulation but not into to conductors inside. Insulation repaired by adding a tube of heat shrink around the cable and over the cut in the insulation. See photo#5 and#7 This plasma torch has been tested good and has no problems. This is currently wired for 110v but you can change the cord and flip a switch to convert it to 220v this has a cutting capacity of 3/8 and has a pierce rating of 3/16. This works as it should. Cuts 1/2" Maximum, Cuts 5/8" Severance. Has a newer Thermal Dynamics SL60 Torch. I used this on a CNC Table and had the ground bolted onto the CNC Table. It has been tested and is in complete working order. This machine will run on both single and three phase. It has the power cable which is currently set up for single phase and it has the ground cable and clamp. You will have to supply your own torch. Thermal Dynamics Plasma Cutter Torch RPT-42ER , PCH-42ER , 7-4222
Got a plasma torch that from what I was told was working before the machine was disposed of. I cannot guarantee it as I do not have a machine to test it with. As you can see in pic it is taped up on the handle. The handle has RPT-42ER on it. I think that equates to a PCH-42ER model 7-4222 if I understand the numbers correctly. But I am no expert on all this. Has the screw on leads. Not the twist lock style. I know that new ones are crazy expensive. Just look up a few part numbers for this thing and you will quickly want to cry. For example: The 90 degree head Thermal dynamics part# 9-8443 is $200.
