THERMAL DYNAMICS PCH-102 20 Ft. 70 Deg. 100 Amp. Plasma Torch. Used in good working condition with Original box and Stickers/ Manual. This Plasma torch has been discontinued from Thermal Dynamics along with the Torch head and Cable set and is becoming hard to find. I have made one repair to the cable going into the handle do to a cut in the cable insulation but not into to conductors inside. Insulation repaired by adding a tube of heat shrink around the cable and over the cut in the insulation. See photo#5 and#7 This plasma torch has been tested good and has no problems. Parted out a Pakmaster 150xl and here is the torch and leads from it. Machine was not working at the time. So I cannot tell you if the torch was good or bad. I know the parts are very expensive to buy so you can probably utilize some of the parts and save yourself some greenbacks if you want to take a chance on it. Got a plasma torch that from what I was told was working before the machine was disposed of. I cannot guarantee it as I do not have a machine to test it with. As you can see in pic it is taped up on the handle. The handle has RPT-42ER on it. I think that equates to a PCH-42ER model 7-4222 if I understand the numbers correctly. But I am no expert on all this. Has the screw on leads. Not the twist lock style. I know that new ones are crazy expensive. Just look up a few part numbers for this thing and you will quickly want to cry. For example: The 90 degree head Thermal dynamics part# 9-8443 is $200. It threads on, but the pins are a little bit different. Im selling it without having a chance to use it. The tip would probably cut something but it could use a new one. There is very little wear on the remote cable and the plasma cable. The torch has a 25' cable on it.

This plasma cutter comes complete and ready to use. It is in perfect working condition. It comes with the SL60 torch. The power cord with a 50amp 220v plug, air hose, and lots of extra consumables. This unit has had only light home shop use, and very little at that. The consumables includes all of the parts shown. Brand new shield cup, brand new start cartridge, new o-rings, and plenty of tips and electrodes to last a long time. All you need to do is plug it in, hook the air hose to your compressor and it's ready to cut! This unit can be used on 110v power by simply switching the plug. It is my understanding that it will still have the same cutting capacity on 110v but will draw twice the amperage.
