This is a Dynatorch 5' x 10' CNC plasma table system in great working condition. We replaced it with a laser system recently so it needs a new home. This is not a cheapie unit; it is controlled by four heavy-duty stepper motors with 1/4000 inch resolution. The full gantry has a motor at each end for extremely precise and even motion. We've gotten great results from this machine and it is still in excellent condition. It's easy to operate and is still hooked up so we can demo it and even give you some training. Everything you need comes included. The control unit runs off of an HP PC that sits in its own custom rolling cabinet. Amazingly powerful software is included for converting your DXF files to machine drawings with advanced nesting capabilities. Great results on stainless and aluminum too(see photos examples of stuff we've cut) Electronic auto height control follows irregular or corrugated metal, slopes, etc. and auto collision detection stops the machine instantly if there is a tip-up collision or other problem. A laser cross-hair allow you to start your cuts precisely where you want and you can speed the machine up, slow it down, make adjustments as you cut with either keyboard or joystick control. This is the perfect frame for building your own CNC plasma machine or CNC router table. Which is what I got it for in the first place but have decided I am going to have to have a Fiber Laser machine instead. Yeah big bucks too. So why do I say this would be the perfect do it yourself frame. Well hear me out here. First this was originally a Gerber Scientific CNC router table frame and if you know anything about Gerber they only build high precision and heavy duty stuff. This table is all built with 3/16 wall tubing. Weighs over a 1000 lbs, two people can't even pick up one end I promise ... moreyou. Table is square. All tube joint welds are ground flat. As you can see in the pictures, it was nicely painted but I have had it sitting outside so it now has some minor rust stains. Another reason I want to sell it while it's still nice. This frame would make what I believe is the perfect CNC plasma cutting table. It will allow you to easily make a 5' by 10' or 5' x 9' burn table with 3' to 4' at the end open. This will allow you to cut patterns in say large rectangular tubing that wouldn't fit on your burn slates and clear the torch. Etc etc, and or this leaves the end open to set up a C or 4th axis for tube cutting various profiles or shapes etc. Also you could get scrap sections of 2. To 6 inch plate set up on saw horses etc. Replace the plasma torch with a oxy-fuel torch and burn out thick plate on those rare occasions. Then quickly go back to your standard plasma cutting table. Best of all worlds here. That is how I would set up a plasma table anyway. Last there is 400 bucks or more worth of steel here and it would take a lot more than 500 bucks worth of time and labor to build this table I guarantee you. Easy to build in your head, but f

This is a large flatbed printer that I purchased used with the intention of removing the pencil and replacing it with a plasma cutting torch. Unfortunately I never got around to it. This would be a great starting point for either a cnc plasma cutter or a laser cutter/ engraver Overall Dimmensions 102" x 62" x 40" X axis Travel: ~72" Y axis Travel: ~50" The motors are driven with 24 vdc motors and optical encoders. The motors have been tested and are working. Included are two computers. Each with a 2-axes Galil motion control card, which are untested. At one point I had everything hooked up, and was able to get some motion out of the system, but it was not homing properly. The overall condition is very good. The table is constructed out of high quality aluminum extrusions. The linear bearings are high quality. Up for auction is an inherited Plasma Table with all the fixins? The tables total width is about 6'4" wide and 10'4" long on the outside and the controller cabinet adds another 8 inches width. The usable work area. Is about 4 x 8' The table is used but as the pictures shows is not beat up and in great shape. It is not dirty and does not have any accumulation of slag. The entire table is on wheels also. The computer is a HP Compaq with keyboard. 3ghz Pentium 4 with with 2 gig of Ram. Software is Microsoft XP Pro sp2 and also has a freeware graphics program, but you will probably want to use your own graphics program. The monitor is an 18" Gateway FP1810. Mach 3 ST6560-T4 Mach 3 Stepper Motor Controller. Air Plasma Cutter mod ATPC52 50 Amp Plasma cutter that adjusts from 10-52A and looks very new or very light use. ... moreIt cutter comes with two cutting torch heads. The standard version that comes with most any machine. And a straight version, as found on the table now. Also has a Torch height controller. PROMA Model THC Controller 150, which is mounted on the side of the plasma machine in the pictures The nearly new looking plasma cutting machine is an Accurite Tools model ATPC52. I hooked an air line and the second standard torch head that comes with this machine and was able to cut metal with it. I know nothing about plasma cutters and have never used a plasma cutter before. So that is the best I can do. It functions and cuts metal. The know nothing about these tables and have no desire to learn so the best I could do is turn it on. The table came alive with light buzzing and somehow got the table to move a little on its own with the software you see pictured on that 18" monitor. I don't want to do any more for fear of crashing something. Overall this looks like a good functioning plasma table with a computer and software to run it. I have seen my brother use this. The total footprint of the table is 5' x10' Options for this table include laser locator. Ohmic height sensing, dynascribe, and the oxy fuel setup which is unused as it came from Dynatorch. The unit is controlled by computer(not included in auction) although it does come with the Dynatorch software as well as Sheet CAM which is an easy to use manual nesting program for cutting single or multiple parts. This is a barely used CNC plasma table similar to the one that is pictured. We purchased this unit in December of 2013. We paid for a factory rep to come install and train our staff on how to use this machine. After repeated attempts to get the factory to warranty the issues with this table we finally came to an agreement and sent the gantry in for refurbishing. Due to the delay in making all of this happen we purchased another unit from a different company and would now like to sell this machine. It comes with a barely used Hypertherm Powermax 85 with a 25' lead. It also includes the computer and software that came with the machine. We have not used this machine since it has been refurbished. The gantry is still in the crate that it was returned to us. We paid over 19.000 for this machine new and it has probably less than 20 hours total ... moreof use.
