Dynatorch CNC Plasma Table 5' x 10' professional system complete
This is a Dynatorch 5' x 10' CNC plasma table system in great working condition. We replaced it with a laser system recently so it needs a new home. This is not a cheapie unit; it is controlled by four heavy-duty stepper motors with 1/4000 inch resolution. The full gantry has a motor at each end for extremely precise and even motion. We've gotten great results from this machine and it is still in excellent condition. It's easy to operate and is still hooked up so we can demo it and even give you some training. Everything you need comes included. The control unit runs off of an HP PC that sits in its own custom rolling cabinet. Amazingly powerful software is included for converting your DXF files to machine drawings with advanced nesting capabilities. Great results on stainless and aluminum too(see photos examples of stuff we've cut) Electronic auto height control follows irregular or corrugated metal, slopes, etc. and auto collision detection stops the machine instantly if there is a tip-up collision or other problem. A laser cross-hair allow you to start your cuts precisely where you want and you can speed the machine up, slow it down, make adjustments as you cut with either keyboard or joystick control. It comes with extra consumables(electrodes and tips in 40, 60, 80 and 100 amp) and with the extra-fine nozzles you get a kerf of about 0.050" for small precise cuts and designs. As with my welder for sale this machine has been used only a handfull of times. i have extra consumables and a extra tip shield, these parts alone were aditional 100$. this machine works with both 120 and 240V i never cranked this up to its full potential because i never had to.the thickest i cut was 3/8" stainless. and to say the least it was at half power. only selling because of financial distress from medical bills. I bought this new from Cyber weld.com for $1000. this unit was always covered and very well maintained with always dry filtered air. my reserve on this item is@ $700. expect shipping to be $50+ because of weight. thanks and good luck.
