I'm selling our used Little Tex T-shirt/ Garment conveyor dryer. I guess it could be used for just about anything that requires conveyor heating/curing. Dryers of this size cost a lot of money. And if you know this type of equipment, you know what I'm talking about. Dryer has been serviced by an electrician and everything works. It's currently stored in my home garage where I do not have the 220v set-up. But rest assured. It works. I had an electrician look at it because the cord did not match up to the outlet where it was previously stored, so I had him make a new cord so that I knew for sure it worked before moving it into storage at my place. Printa 770 Screen Printing System with lots of extras
I got this screen printing system at a warehouse moving sale and have never personally used it. I don't do silk screening so I don't know anything about these types of machines or how to use them. The person I bought the machine from told me it works good. Since I've never tested it I'm selling it as untested and can't guarantee how good the machine or any of the accessories/ extras work. Pic 1 shows the entire lot. You get the machine and all the extras pictured on the concrete slab in front of the machine. You can zoom in on the pics to see the details of the extras you're getting. It may have missing, broken or damaged parts, I didn't notice anything obvious but I'm putting this in the ad just in case you notice something when you come pick it up. It also comes with the ink pictured. I've never opened ... morethe ink so I can't say how good it is. This dryer has been used in my friends shop for years. He had the rotor motor that turns the bed go out and replaced it with a evolve drill from sears. I have run it for over 1 1/2 years with the drill. Works awesome. If you do your research you can buy a new motor for under $100.00 or continue with the drill. Brother GT-541 Direct To Garment DTG T-Shirt Printer Very Low Prints!
I wanted to show the printer printing so I made a quick video of this printer printing a POC for a design we used during the holidays. Brother GT-541 Direct to Garment Industrial Printer Brother GT-541 DTG Printer Brother GT-541 Cleaning Cartridge(x2) Brother GT-541 Nozzle Cleaning Kit Brother GT-541 Filter Cartridge(x4) Brother GT-541 Manual Brother GT-541 CD Brother GT-541 Printer Stand Brother 14" x 16" Platen Speedy Platen(x2) We used the printer for mock ups and proof of concepts for customers. It has very low prints(as seen in the picture) Which in many cases can be better then refurbished because the machine hasn't been through the wear and tear. A Brother Technician was just here servicing a different piece of equipment and we had him give this printer a once over recalibrating it etc. He said it looked great other then ... morethe ink cartridges have expired. Even though they have expired we haven't had any problems with it but he recommended that they all be replaced but if not all at the very least the yellow cartridge be replaced. A picture of the test print is included to show that their are no problems with the print heads. This printer also includes 2 Speed Platens. We purchased them when we purchased the machine thinking they would come in handy when we used it for full production but that never really happened due to available man power. This print is sold as is and unfortunately we will not be able to do refunds on this item though it is in fantastic condition so I don't know why you would want to return it. But the newer machine obviously has many improvements. I was using this machine myself 10-yrs ago. Since then it has been out of service. It is a a very strong. Consistent machine. There are fine adjustments for every movement that matters. For example the table has X-Y adjust in 1/1000" of an inch and twist or rotate adjustment. The squeegee and flood bar have double nut adjustments for precision adjustment. Stroke is adjustable. When it was in use, we had to replace ... morethe gear box, so that is new. We also had to replace the motor. The original motor was single phase 110VAC. In frequent starting and stopping applications single phase motors do not hold up well. So. We repaced it with a 3-phase 220 VAC motor, which is very reliable in starting and stopping situations. The new motor is 1-hp. 3-phase converters are for sale on ebay for $120.00. None of the original controls are on the front panel; just a cycle on-off toggle switch. The other control is a foot pedal switch. We added a flood delay timer. When the screen is down and flooded. This adjustable timer delays the squeegee from returning. It allows the ink to soak through the screen a little more before printing; puts more ink on the substrate. There are things missing. Which I am sure can be obatined from Americn M&M Screen Printing Equipment: No squeegee holder, No flood bar, No vaccum pump. Although not shwon, I do have the fiberglass cover that goes on the back of the machine. There is a lot of rust showing in the pictures. None of that rust in on any of the sliding parts. Ranar six color one station screen printing press - non-micro registration
This is a Ranar 6 color 1 station printing press. Non micro registration. It is expandable to 4 stations if you can find the support pieces and arms. Ranar doesn't make these models anymore but it is comparable to their V-4100 which has the same type of support arm for multiple stations. So if you contact Ranar you can probably special order the parts for more print stations. I took it all apart and completely cleaned. Sanded, and repainted every part of the unit. I didn't sand it smooth on every part though. I just wanted to get rid of rust. I primed with a strong rust resistant primer before painting the blue. So if you ding the paint or it peels up you will see the brown primer underneath. It is NOT rust. Some of the places where the bolts attach will have paint stripping just from normal fastening. Otherwise the parts are in good ... morecondition. It will need adjustment. It's missing a few small pins. Bolts, and washers in places but it doesn't impact the use. It doesn't come with any platens. Local pick up only or contact me about potential shipping options before bidding. It will be very heavy and expensive to ship. Feel free to ask any questions.
