Case 460 Ride on Trencher. (Low Hours)
Up for auction is my 1997 Case 460 Ride on Trencher. The unit is powered by a Kubota diesel engine V1505-E. The unit is equipped with a backhoe attachment(Model D100) This attachment has a bucket with 3 teeth and is 12" wide. Just below the backhoe attachment is a 6 way blade. The rear is equipped with a trencher knife(with one tooth missing from chain) There is a roll over protection bar over the driver’s seat. The unit also has a hydra borer drive. But I do not have any of the boring attachments that fits the drive. This unit has 412 hours on meter. Yes that is correct. I bought this unit with 321.8 hours(see original photo of hour meter) for a planned expansion of my Mobile Home Park in Missouri. With the past downturn in the economy the project was cancelled and I occasionally used the unit for odd jobs in the park. Mostly to repair ... morewater and sewer line. The hydraulics on the unit are strong and works very well. There are no oil leaks. Tires are good and like new. I have kept the unit under cover for the time I owned it. Case TF 300 ride on track trencher
up for sale is a great little Case TF 300 track trencher. It has a great running Wisconsin gas motor that has just been serviced with new fuel filters. Fuel pump, oil, and entire machine was lubed and greased. it is a early 80's model with good tracks that do need to be adjusted out a little. digging chain is in good shape for the age. It has a four way dozer blade, two speed transmission. Has had a new seat put on for a great riding comfort and easier on the back and a new battery. The engine will crank right up and runs great, other functions including hydraulic work great, it will pull itself forward and reverse in the crawl gear which is operated different than the drive transmission, the actual drive transmission with 3 forward gears and reverse for traveling, not crawling while trenching, does not work. The transmission was taken apart by the City that owned it and it has a bad shaft/spline, it can clearly be seen in the photos. We have every piece of the transmission, cover, bolts, everything in a box, you will have to either buy the parts and repair or replace the transmission, whatever you find to be the most economical route.
