02 or 03? Case 460 Trencher Backhoe Diesel Hydro 4x4 Runs Great
I believe this to be an 02 or 03 model year trencher but cannot guarantee. Please be sure to run the serial number if it concerns you. It is a Case 460 trencher with a 4 cylinder Kubota diesel that has plenty of power. It is 4 wheel drive and front wheel steer. Hydrostatic transmission. The hour meter reads 1404 hrs and may have a couple more at the time of sale. Tires are at 50% and are in good shape. It has a 4 way dozer blade on it for back filling and it has plenty of down pressure. It will pick up the machine easily. D 100 Model backhoe attachment. I took pictures of all serial numbers for you took look up specs if you want more info on it. It performs and runs out great and can be put to work tomorrow. I noticed a couple minor leaks. Conventional two-wheel power steering, centerline mechanical riding trencher with backhoe. Backfill blade is 6-way. Which makes it capable of grading or backfilling on a hill or sloped surface. Teeth on trencher are shark teeth which work excellent in rock and clay but still are efficient in sand and loose soil. Sprocket is 80% or better condition which has a lot of life left in it. Steering is tight. And tires hold air well. This machine may not be the prettiest. But it is ready to work, and at an affordable price will get the job done. 3700 DITCH WITCH TRENCHER Deutz Diesel 45 HP 940 Hours(hour meter NOT working-but machine is clean and tight) Variable Speed Hydro Transmission(with hand lever and foot pedal) 4x4 6 way Dirt Backfill Blade H313 Hydraulic Trencher 4 Brand New Heavy Ply Fluid Filled Tires New Seat Work Lights CONDITION AND DETAILS Starts and Runs well. Deutz Diesel(one of the best in the industry for longevity) has lots of power. No smoke or blowby. This machine had a leak at the front shaft seal of the hydro. We pulled it out. Lots of Labor. While it was out we had the hydro completely rebuilt by a very reputable company. Works like new. I have paperwork available. We also put a 7 1/2' fully hydraulic snow plow on for winter. This machine really pushes snow. It has great traction with the fluid filled new tires. The snow plow easily comes off and the original ... moredirt backfill blade bolts on with the original 4 bolts. Both blades are in excellent shape. It comes with front and rear work light. Amber beacon and SMV sign. The only thing machine needs is some replacement teeth on the trencher. Approx 10-12 are missing. They are easy to replace. The trencher operates fine with the missing teeth. Trencher drive gear shows some wear. But again. Currently works fine. No leaks whatsoever.
