This is for a big lot of Kingsley type holders and other accesories. All these came with an M-50 Kingsley machine bought at an estate sale. This auction is for the holders. Guides and what you see in the pictures only. I am not an expert but I believe I have several kinds of type holders. A napkin guide, vintage brass holders gauge bars and a base plate extension. Also included a bunch of small aluminum plates. I don't know what these are for but I assume they belong to the type holder category in some way, they are different thicknesses) also tiny pieces that maybe useful for something. Kingsley Type and Box holders, Bernard Gothic 12 Pt. & 14 Pt., Huxley & Bel Air
The listing is for three sets of older Kingsley Type. 12 Point Bernard Gothic and 14 Point Bernard Gothic. 14 point Huxley, caps only and 36 Point Bel Air Monogram. The 12 Point and 14 Point Bernard Gothic contain Capitals letters, Lower case letters, Numbers, Punctuation. The 14 Point Huxley Type is Caps only and the 36 Point Bel Air Monogram are Capitals only. All are in wood boxes and sit in a universal type box. The type has been used previously in a home based business. Still has lots of life in them. I would say they are in good condition and you can judge this by the condition of the box and supported by the pictures. Offered is a Vintage KINGSLEY HOT FOIL STAMPING MACHINE. This Device Does Not appear to be marked as to the Model Number but is very similar to Model M-50(Please Confirm the Model Number for Yourself) Included in the auction: The Stamping Machine. Ten(10) Kingsley Boxes of Various Type Sets, One(1) Cardboard Box of Miscellaneous Type Set Bagged and Labeled(visible at the bottom of pic#7) Type Holders as seen in picture#8 and Numerous Partial Rolls of Foil. I did not inventory any of the Type Sets or Foil Rolls and cannot vouch for their completeness or condition but most of the Foils appear to be partially used. Also included is a Larger Kingsley Wooden Case for the Type Set Boxes(see pic#1- Left Side) Unfortunately the Stamping Machine DOES NOT POWER-UP/HEAT-UP. I plugged it into several different outlets with No Success. I also detached ... moreboth the Machine and the Temperature Control Box from the Wooden Base and examined the Wiring but everything looked to be in Good Order from the eye of a novice. The Connection of the Power Cord at the Heating Plate on the Stamping Mechanism is intact. Uncertain of the Problem. The Chrome Plate under the Stamping Mechanism has been exposed to the elements and is somewhat rough and pitted but not terrible. The hand lever functions smoothly. The Wooden Base is Cracked but intact and the Finish on the Wooden Base is worn. Some of the Type Set in the Boxes will need to be reorganized as many of the pieces are out of their respective compartments. Please review the detaied photographs.
