Its needs to be organized and that's really had with how small it is. its in a box with no lid in the drawer. there are also spacers in a plastic baggie. There there is the second font(type) which is bigger and not a mess. It works.it gets hot and I stamped something however.The handle is broken off and missing. This will need to be replaced or you will need something like tongs to list it up while stamping because it gets HOT. The handle will need to be soldered on! Also bottom of machine is worn and wood is cracked. doesn't affect anything but you can see if its flipped over. Here's an old Franklin hot stamping machine with 2 boxes of letters. 1 box of numbers and some gold foil. It appears to be in good used condition and does heat up when turn on, but I haven't tried to print anything with it. It can be used on paper, leather, wood and possibly other materials. You are buying a Vintage Old Franklin Hot Stamping Machine. It comes with a Drawer filled with metal letters and Pieces of Leather with Gold Stamping Embossed on them. Also included is Regal Operating Instructions on how to work this machine. It does have black electrical tape between the on/off switch(High.Medium.Low& Off) and the power cord. I think that was done just to protect the wires. It seems to be in good condition and heats up when turned on. I had two. The other one sold. This is the last one.

There is surface rust on exposed sliding surfaces and chips/nicks/scratches/residues on the painted areas. The electronics look complete but the door is broken off the electronics enclosure. The table has a big chunk missing from one corner. There is rust on some sliding adjustment parts. Notes: This press is NOT fully working. The PLC and control panel power on. The heater switch turns on the heater. Which goes to 520ºF as programmed. Operating the ... moreswitches shows the appropriate lights going on/off on the PLC but the press does not move. We are not sure why. The sliding product/fixture table slides slowly- the air cylinder fittings are damaged, probably restricting flow. The lines to the slide table were disconnected and tied off by the previous owner. The winning bidder will have to put a lot of time and expertise to get this press up and working again. No manuals.
