That said I actually have no idea if this is a Cryo-Plex 8 or even an Austin Scientific pump. It has a sticker on it that says for service call Austin Scientific, but there are no other markings on the thing other than an inscribed serial number. And it certainly does NOT say Oxford Instruments on it. I only added that to the title for search purposes and because it looks like Oxford acquired Austin at some point. Please check out their website here to compare the current Cryoplex 8 to what I am offering. I think it is pretty obviously an 8” Cryo Pump. But for all I know it could be a CTI Cryogenics instead. What you see is what you get. The pump is in very good physical condition other than one bent spot in the ... moregrill assembly I guess you would call it. Clearly visible in the pictures. Probably occurred in the transition to surplus. But I have NO way to test it and NO warranty is offered. However. IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it. Returns are ONLY allowed on Buy It Now Purchases.
