It's wired up for 230 volts but you can change it to 120volts with the diagram on the motor side. It runs better at 230v though. It starts up fast and gets great vacuum right away. You don't get that gauge in the photo- that fits another machine I just borrowed it for the test. It has an extra long power cord that's in excellent condition. The belt appears excellent.
