It has the normal few scuffs and scratches from normal use as well as some spots of light surface rust. But this shouldn't really affect usability. The glass jar is in fine shape. I was able to adjust the regulator on the pump and get up to 20 in-hg of vacuum. From everything I can tell it is in fine working condition.
