Model number SFR121-117 with dc 96 volt variable speed motor 1/4hp 1725rpm.I tested and ran smooth and quiet and pumped ok.I ran water through it and had high pressure gauge attached and would pump close to 1000psi Tag says 6.2 gallons per hour at 100psi or 5.1 gallons per hour at 925psi.I did not check volume rate or calibration. BUT? When i drained the oil it seemed cloudy and milky like there had been water in the oil.When i purchased this at a surplus sale it was outside and raining and the filler cap had been off to the side and partly exposed the opening to the weather.it may have goton water in that way or it could be that the seal in pump is leaking? or something else that only just needed a flush and oil change? The Milton Roy mini pump instrument pump is a reciprocating plunger. Positive displacement type pump. It is designed to produce liquid flow in precise quantities against positive pressure up to 6.000 psig. A gear driven motor rotates an Eccentric at low speed. Causing plunger to reciprocate within a liquid end. The Duplex version consists of two pump bodies mounted on either side of the drive motor. The liquid end contains a high pressure Plunger seal and back up ring to prevent leakage and double ball suction and discharge check valves to precisely control flow direction. The manual Micrometer Dial(s) controls the stroke length of the pump which in turn controls the flow rate. Adjustment of the flow rate may be made while the Pump is operating or shut down.
