It is a bit older and has been used quite a bit. But is overall in pretty decent shape. It will need to be cleaned a decent bit before being put into service. For best idea of physical condition, see the photos below. Included with the oven is an Owner's operating& Installation manual. The oven is on a set of rollers that seem to roll pretty well. We connected the oven up to our 220V 3 Phase to try it out. We tested each oven out individually. Each oven immediately powered on. The front display panels worked and the fans came on. I was able to change the temperature setting of the oven and the current temperature seemed correct. The ovens quickly started to heat up once we set the desired temperature. I then adjusted the timer and the conveyor adjusted speed appropriately. From what I can tell the oven is in good working order. USED Middleby Marshall 44695 PS536 Conveyor Motor & Speed Pick Up Assembly
This is for a USED Middleby Marshall 44695 conveyor drive motor. This DC motor is made by REA Corporation and is designed to fit the PS536 PS536G. And PS536E conveyor ovens, and perhaps others. This same motor is also used without the pick up assembly in some Toast Master conveyor toasters. This has been thoroughly cleaned, reducer checked for oil leaks, commutator cleaned, and new motor brushes installed. I'll also include the original drive speed pick up assembly as shown and already installed. Look at the pictures. This is an OEM part with the Middleby info printed on the labels. These motors often strip in the gear box if there's a conveyor jam and an in-line fuse is not installed. NOTE that there is NOT an in-line fuse included with this auction. This would be a great replacement part, or a good spare to have on hand just in ... morecase. PLEASE NOTE that you need to read and follow the printed instructions for installation and operation. This is a used and fully functioning Middleby Marshall part number 27384-0008 Baldor conveyor motor 1400:1 gear ratio. And a part number 37337 digital speed controller. This group also includes one motor sprocket as shown. This motor is used in PS360 and PS570 model ovens. As well as some others. The speed controller is the same part used in all Middleby conveyor ovens, except WOW model ovens. It fits and mounts in the same position as all old controllers, so there is no modification necessary. This is a Middleby Marshall part number 47321 Honeywell digital temperature controller. It's a universal controller that fits many Middleby conveyor ovens such as the PS360 and PS 570 model ovens. As well as some others, except WOW model ovens. When it's assembled it fits and mounts in the same position as most old controllers, so there is no modification necessary. To wire it in you will have to consult the manual, as not all ovens are wired the same way, depending on the features of the oven. It comes complete with the manual and used mounting brackets. I did power it up for testing and it is still programmed to factory settings. I'm selling this as used condition because the case itself looks to have some minimal wear to it, but it does fully work as new. PLEASE NOTE that this is an electronic part. It has been tested together ... moreand does work now. As with any electronic part. You can easily damage it and other components in your oven if you don't know what you're doing and wire something incorrectly.
