This unit is used but appears to be in good shape. It is from a close out restaurant. I was told that it was working when it was removed. But I have no way to test it and am selling it AS IS! I will ship this unit FREE to lower 48 states. I don't know anything about this unit. The below information is from the internet. I cannot guarantee that all of the specs and info apply to this oven. But they are the specs for this model. This unit new lists for over $13,000.00 Convection Steamer. Gas, 24" cabinet base, 2) compartments, 3) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" pans per compartment, 60-minute mechanical load-compensating times, stainless steel interior and exterior, NATURAL GAS. 170.000 BTU/HR. 115 VOLTS. 2 AMPS. 1 PHASE. The 3500 will be of double-wall construction with 1” 25mm)thick insulation between cooking compartments and exterior walls. ... moreAnd will have two 18 gauge stainless steel welded cooking compartments with coved internal corners, and a 16 gauge stainless steel front panel. Each cooking compartment on the 3500 has a positive slam action. Field-reversible door constructed of Type 304 stainless steel. Door latches are spring loaded.
